Choose your focus (something that you want to experience more of… joy? peace? serentiy?)
Take a moment to breathe and drop into the experience. What does joy/peace/serenity feel like?
Gather a few art supplies (nothing too complicated as you’ve only got 5 mins!)
Set a timer for 5 minutes
STOP at the end of 5 minutes (be strict with yourself and let it be an exercise of letting go of the outcome… whatever you’ve created in 5 minutes is perfect as it is!).
